Change of titles

In force

As from the commencement of this Act the titles “Treasurer” and “Chief Secretary²,” as Ministers of the Crown, shall be used instead of the titles “Colonial Treasurer” and “Colonial Secretary²”; and the words “Treasurer” and “Chief Secretary²” shall be substituted for the words, “Colonial Treasurer” and “Colonial Secretary²,” respectively, in all Acts of Parliament and statutory regulations heretofore passed or made.
