22 Application for further clearance
(1)
If a clearance granted under this Act is no longer in force, or will expire within a period of 3 months, the person to whom it was granted may apply for a further clearance.
(2)
Divisions 1 and 2 apply to the application as if the application for a further clearance were an application for an initial clearance.
