54 Identity cards
(1)
The CEO must ensure that each authorised officer is issued with an identity card in an approved form.
(2)
An authorised officer must display the authorised officer’s identity card whenever dealing with a person in respect of whom the officer has exercised, is exercising, or is about to exercise, a power under this Act.
(3)
In any proceedings the production by an authorised officer of the authorised officer’s identity card is conclusive evidence of their designation under section 53.
