23 Minister to report annually
(1)
The Minister of this State who is a member of the Council is, after each reporting year of the Council, to prepare a report on the implementation of national environment protection measures during that year by the State and the effectiveness of those measures.
(2)
A report under subsection (1) must be submitted to the Council by 30 September next following each reporting year.
(3)
In this section —
reporting year means a year ending on 30 June.
