15 Rubber stamp signatures not to be used
(1)
A person who is the maker of, or the witness to, an affidavit or statutory declaration must not use a rubber or other stamp to make the person’s signature or personal mark.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not prevent a person from using a rubber or other stamp on an affidavit or statutory declaration to imprint the person’s name near the person’s signature or mark to identify whose signature or mark it is.
(3)
An affidavit or statutory declaration that is signed by the maker or witness with a rubber stamp is not admissible in a court or by a person acting judicially.
