16 Notice of caveat
(1)
If a caveat is registered under section 345 in respect of a licence, the Minister must give the licence holder written notice of its registration.
(2)
The notice must set out —
(a)
the full name and address of the caveat holder; and
(b)
details of the interest claimed by the caveat holder.
