An authorised representative does not have the right under section 35 to enter into any part of a workplace that is principally used for habitation by an occupier or a member of the occupier’s household.
(2)
An authorised representative must comply with any reasonable request by an occupier to take a particular route to reach a room or area in the workplace.
(3)
A request under subsection (2) is not unreasonable only because the route is not that which the authorised representative would have chosen.
