Nursery site stock report

In force

(1)

A licensee or permit holder who is licensed or permitted to use a nursery site shall —

(a)

for each quarter (or such other period as is directed by an inspector) complete a nursery site stock report in an approved form; and

(b)

lodge that form with an inspector within 7 days of the end of that quarter or other period.

Penalty: $2 000.

(2)

In subregulation (1) —

quarter means period of 3 months ending on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September or 31 December.
