38B Marking of sites on pearl oyster farms
The holder of a farm lease shall mark and identify —
(a)
all nursery sites and quarantine sites on the farm; and
(b)
any other areas of the farm on which pearl oysters are held,
in an approved manner, at all times while pearl oysters are held in that area.
Penalty: $2 000.
