Circumstances when loose pearl oysters may be held

In force

A licensee or permit holder must ensure that —

(a)

loose pearl oysters; and

(b)

pearl oysters that are in designated containers that are not tagged,

are not held on a boat or other place other than for the purpose of subjecting them to pearl seeding operations.

Penalty: $2 000.
