Perth Parking Policy

In force

For the purposes of this Act, the Perth Parking Policy is the policy of that name developed by the CEO in cooperation with the City of Perth, and published in the Gazette with the approval of the Minister, after consultation with —

(a)

the Minister to whom the administration of the Planning and Development Act 2005 is for the time being committed by the Governor; and

(b)

the Minister to whom the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 is for the time being committed by the Governor.
