Perth Town Hall Act 1950

for the granting of vacant possession at any future time, or on the performance of certain conditions of any of the lands described in the Schedules to this Act;

for the vesting in The City of Perth for street widening purposes of a strip of land approximately twenty‑four feet wide from any land held, acquired or resumed by the State or by a State instrumentality and having a frontage to the northern boundary of Wellington Street, Perth;

that no consideration in money and no rental shall be payable by either party to the agreement to the other of them in respect of the premises or of the occupation of any lands by either party or by tenants of either party pending the giving of vacant possession of any land the subject of the agreement;

for the removal of any improvements then existing on the lands or any of them.
