56 Applications
(1)
Every application for a petroleum lease shall be made in the prescribed form, and shall be lodged with the Under Secretary for Mines at his office in Perth together with the prescribed rent and survey fee.
(2)
The applicant shall state in his application —
[(a) deleted]
(b)
the name by which the lease is to be known; provided that such name shall be subject to the approval of the warden.
