5 Duration of registration of premises as a pharmacy (s. 45)
(1)
Registration of premises as a pharmacy has effect for a period beginning from the day on which the premises are registered as a pharmacy and ending on the 30 June next following that day.
(2)
Registration that is renewed has effect for a period of 12 months from the expiration of the previous registration.
