115 Development in planning control area, applying for approval of
(1)
A person who wishes to commence and carry out development in a planning control area may apply to the local government in the district of which the planning control area is situated for approval of that development.
(2)
An applicant is to submit to the local government such plans and other information as the local government may reasonably require.
(3)
The local government, within 30 days of receiving the application, is to forward the application, together with its recommendation, to the Commission for determination.
