120 Amending or revoking improvement plan
(1)
The Commission may —
(a)
amend an improvement plan by notice of amendment; or
(b)
revoke an improvement plan by notice of revocation.
(2)
Section 119 applies to a notice of amendment or revocation under subsection (1) as if the notice were a recommendation under that section and the amendment or revocation were an improvement plan.
