156 Valuation under s. 155, dispute as to
(1)
If either the owner of the land or the local government disputes a valuation made under section 155, the valuation may be varied by agreement between the parties or the dispute may be settled by such method as they may agree upon.
(2)
If after 28 days from the date when both parties have received the valuation the dispute has not been settled or an agreement made as to the method of settlement, either the owner of the land or the local government may refer the dispute for determination by an arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Act 2012.
