171T Time for determination of significant development application
(1)
The Commission must determine a significant development application within the period provided for under Part 11B regulations for the purposes of this subsection.
(2)
The Commission may determine a significant development application under section 171P(1) after the period referred to in subsection (1) has expired and the validity of the determination is not affected by the expiry.
