171ZD Regulations
The Governor may make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Part to be prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Part.
Without limiting subsection (1), Part 11B regulations may make provision for or in relation to the following —
requests, recommendations and authorisations under section 171M;
procedures to be followed before significant development applications are made;
procedures for dealing with significant development applications, including in relation to any matter referred to in paragraph (b)(i) to (v) of the definition of procedural provision in section 171H(1).
For the purposes of subsection (2)(b) and (c), Part 11B regulations may, without limitation —
prescribe procedures that require or permit design review of development to be conducted; and
provide for procedures to be determined by the Commission.
