201 Tax collections, how to be dealt with 1MC
The proceeds of the Metropolitan Region Improvement Tax referred to in section 200 are to be credited to the Consolidated Account.
An amount equal to the amount credited to the Consolidated Account under subsection (1) is to be credited to the Metropolitan Region Improvement Account and charged to the Consolidated Account, and this subsection appropriates the Consolidated Account accordingly.
