222 Heritage place, unauthorised development in
A person who commences, continues or carries out any development, or causes or permits any development to be commenced, continued or carried out, affecting land to which section 163 applies except —
(a)
with the prior approval of that development obtained under section 163; and
(b)
in a manner which is in conformity with the approval referred to in paragraph (a) and in accordance with the conditions, if any, subject to which that approval was given,
commits an offence.
