Planning and Development Act 2005

The Minister may, by notice published in accordance with the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(a) —

set fees to be charged in respect of any matter under, or relating to, this Part or any Part 17 regulations; and

make provision for determining the persons by whom the fees are payable.

Despite section 274(3), the Commission is not required to consider or determine a development application, or to do any other thing under this Part or Part 17 regulations, unless any fee relating to the application or other thing has been paid.

Section 20 does not apply in relation to this Part.
