35 Commission may resolve to prepare or amend region planning scheme
(1)
Subject to section 36, the Commission may resolve to prepare a region planning scheme or an amendment to a region planning scheme.
(2)
Immediately after resolving to prepare a region planning scheme, the Commission is to ensure compliance with the relevant procedures set out in Divisions 2 and 3.
(3)
Immediately after resolving to prepare an amendment to a region planning scheme, the Commission is to ensure compliance in respect of that amendment with the relevant procedures set out in Divisions 2, 3 and 4.
