54 Publicising approved scheme or amendment
When the Governor has approved the scheme or amendment, whether with or without modifications —
(a)
the scheme or amendment, or the scheme or amendment as so modified, but not including any maps, plans or diagrams, is to be published in accordance with the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(a); and
(b)
the maps, plans and diagrams are to be open for public inspection at such times and such places as the Minister determines.
