Consolidation of portion of region planning scheme

The Minister may direct the Commission to deliver to the Minister a consolidation of the portion of a region planning scheme (whether by reference to a map of the scheme or any other portion of the scheme) as is specified in the direction.

(2)

The provisions of this Division apply to and in relation to the consolidation of the portion of the scheme so specified in the direction as though the portion of the scheme so specified were the whole scheme.
