Counting number of lots

Current

For the purposes of counting the number of lots —

(a)

each common property lot is counted as 1 lot; and

(b)

areas reserved for the purposes of a pedestrian accessway, right‑of‑way, truncation, road widening, drainage reserve or recreation reserve are not counted as lots.
