402 Provisions relating to behaviour

Every member shall —

(a)

when on duty, devote himself or herself exclusively and zealously to the discharge of his or her duties as a member; and

(b)

behave at all times with courtesy to the public and every member, and give prompt attention to all reasonable requirements of the public; and

(c)

obey promptly all lawful instructions given by any member under whose control or supervision the member is placed and, where necessary, act on his or her own initiative; and

(d)

promptly and correctly carry out all duties appertaining to his or her office, or any other duty the member is lawfully directed to perform; and

(e)

in due course and at proper times comply with, and give effect to, all enactments, regulations, rules, orders and administrative instructions made or issued for his or her guidance in the performance of his or her duties.
