5 Specified bodies or offices are separate public entities (Act s. 6(4)(b))

For the purposes of the Act, each land conservation district committee established under the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945 section 23(2) is a separate public entity and is not part of the department of the Public Service principally assisting in the administration of that Act.
(2)
For the purposes of Part 3 of the Act, in connection with its functions under the High Risk Serious Offenders Act 2020, the State Solicitor is a separate public entity and is not part of the department of the Public Service in which the State Solicitor is employed.
