10 Leave of absence
(1)
The Committee may, on the terms and conditions determined by the Committee, grant an ordinary member leave to be absent from office.
(2)
The Information Sharing Minister may, on the terms and conditions determined by the Information Sharing Minister, grant an ordinary member leave to be absent from office.
