13 Requirement to supply information
(1)
The Council may, by notice in writing, require an occupational association —
(a)
whose members are subject to a scheme in force under this Act; or
(b)
which seeks the approval of the Council under section 20, to a scheme, or an amendment to or revocation of a scheme,
to furnish information to it which it reasonably requires in order to perform its functions.
(2)
An occupational association must comply with a notice under this section.
Penalty: $500.
