16 Funds
The funds available for the purposes of enabling the Council to perform its functions consist of —
moneys from time to time appropriated by Parliament;
fees paid to the Council under this Act; and
any other moneys lawfully received by, made available to, or payable to, the Council.
An account called the Professional Standards Council Account is to be established —
as an agency special purpose account under section 16 of the Financial Management Act 2006; or
with the approval of the Treasurer, at a bank as defined in section 3 of that Act,
to which the funds referred to in subsection (1) are to be credited.
The Account referred to in subsection (2) is to be charged with the cost of the administration of this Act.
