26 Minister may gazette schemes
(1)
The Minister may authorise the publication in the Gazette of a scheme submitted to the Minister by the Council or, in the case of an interstate scheme, by the appropriate Council for the jurisdiction in which the scheme was prepared.
(2)
Sections 42 and 43(3) of the Interpretation Act 1984 apply to a scheme which is published in the Gazette with the authorisation of the Minister in the same way as they apply to regulations.
(3)
In this section, a reference to an interstate scheme includes a reference to an instrument amending an interstate scheme.
