55 Regulations
The Governor may make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may prescribe —
the fees for applications for the Council’s approval, under Part 3 Division 1, of a scheme, or an amendment to or revocation of a scheme; and
the annual fee to be paid to the Council by an occupational association whose members are subject to a scheme in force under this Act.
The regulations may create offences punishable in each case by a penalty not exceeding $5 000.
