6 Relationship between this Act and other written laws
(1)
To the extent to which Parts 4, 5 and 6 are inconsistent with another Act, the other Act prevails.
(2)
Otherwise, this Act has effect despite any other written law to the contrary.
(3)
This Act does not affect the operation of section 5 of the Corporations (Western Australia) Act 1990 2.
