119 Application of section 120
(1)
Section 120 applies in respect of —
(a)
all property of any person that devolves according to the law of this State;
(b)
all appointments of trustees where the appointments have to be made according to the law of this State.
(2)
Section 120 so applies whether the deaths occurred in this State or elsewhere.
