99 Application
(1)
Except where otherwise expressly provided in this Part, this Part —
(a)
insofar as it applies to wills, applies only to the wills of testators dying after 6 December 1962; and
(b)
insofar as it applies to instruments other than wills, applies only to instruments executed after that date.
(2)
This Part binds the Crown.
