110 Obtaining or taking samples under test orders
(1)
A sample that is the subject of a test order —
(a)
may be obtained or taken only by a medical practitioner, nurse, midwife or other appropriately qualified person; and
(b)
must be obtained or taken in accordance with accepted medical practice with respect to the obtaining or taking of a sample of that kind.
(2)
This section does not limit section 106.
