Chief Health Officer may issue guidelines

(1)

The Chief Health Officer may issue guidelines in relation to the taking of steps under section 139 to do the things referred to in subsection (2) of that section.

(2)

Without limiting subsection (1), guidelines issued under this section may provide guidance about —

(a)

the circumstances in which it may or may not be appropriate to request another person to do those things; and

(b)

any follow‑up action that should be taken if another person is requested to do those things.
