Conditions on performance of functions by enforcement agencies

(1)

The Chief Health Officer, after consultation with another enforcement agency, may, in writing, impose conditions or restrictions on the performance of functions under this Act by the enforcement agency.

(2)

The performance by an enforcement agency of functions under this Act is subject to any conditions or restrictions imposed under subsection (1).
