202J Fee may be waived
The Chief Health Officer may waive the whole or part of the fee payable by a hotel‑quarantined person under this Division if the Chief Health Officer —
(a)
considers that payment of the whole or part of the fee would cause financial hardship to the person; or
(b)
otherwise considers that it is appropriate in the circumstances to do so.
