208 False compensation claim
A person must not in or in relation to a claim for compensation under this Division —
(a)
make a statement that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular to the Minister or any other person; or
(b)
otherwise mislead the Minister or any other person.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
