215 Compliance with improvement notice
If an authorised officer is satisfied, after carrying out an appropriate assessment, that an improvement notice has been complied with, the officer must give the person given the improvement notice a notice of compliance in the approved form.
If an authorised officer is not satisfied, after carrying out an appropriate assessment, that the improvement notice has been complied with, the officer must give the person given the improvement notice a notice in the approved form setting out the reasons why the officer is not satisfied.
An assessment for the purposes of subsection (1) or (2) may be carried out on the application of the person given the improvement notice or on the initiative of the authorised officer.
An improvement notice in respect of which a notice of compliance is given under subsection (1) is to be taken to have been revoked.
