226 Review of decisions relating to improvement notices and enforcement orders
(1)
A person given an improvement notice may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of —
(a)
the decision to give the improvement notice; or
(b)
a decision of an authorised officer not to give a notice of compliance to the person under section 215.
(2)
A person given an enforcement order may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of —
(a)
the decision to give the enforcement order; or
(b)
a decision of the enforcement agency that gave the order not to give a certificate of clearance to the person under section 223.
