Failure to comply with requirements of authorised officers

Current

(1)

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a requirement of an authorised officer under this Division.

Penalty for an offence under this subsection: a fine of $10 000.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not apply unless, when the authorised officer makes the requirement, the authorised officer informs the person that a failure to comply with the requirement may constitute an offence.
