272 Application of Interpretation Act 1984 to exemptions
(1)
An exemption is not subsidiary legislation for the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1984.
(2)
The Interpretation Act 1984 sections 43 (other than subsection (6)) and 44 and Part VIII apply to an exemption as if it were subsidiary legislation.
