Amendment or replacement of compliance plan

Current

(1)

An exemption‑holder may at any time —

(a)

amend a compliance plan; or

(b)

replace a compliance plan with a new compliance plan.

(2)

Section 274 applies with all necessary changes in relation to the amendment or replacement of a compliance plan as if it were the development of a compliance plan.
