301 Regulations relating to information sharing
The regulations may include provisions about —
(a)
the circumstances in which information may be disclosed under section 299; and
(b)
the conditions subject to which information may be disclosed under that section; and
(c)
the receipt, use and storage of information disclosed under that section; and
(d)
the restriction of access to information disclosed under that section; and
(e)
the maximum period for which information disclosed under that section may be retained; and
(f)
the circumstances in which information disclosed under that section must be destroyed.
