10C Relevant person or person in charge to give report on immunisation status
The Chief Health Officer may direct the relevant person in relation to a school or the person in charge of a community kindergarten or child care service to give to the Chief Health Officer a report, in an approved form, in respect of information given to the person about the immunisation status of —
a child enrolled at the school, community kindergarten or child care service; or
children enrolled at the school, community kindergarten or child care service.
A person given a direction under subregulation (1) must comply with the direction.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
