27 Minister may give directions
The Minister may give written directions to the Authority with respect to the performance of its functions under this or any other Act, either generally or in relation to a particular matter, and the Authority is to give effect to any such direction.
The Minister shall cause a copy of a direction under subsection (1) to be laid before both Houses of Parliament within 9 sitting days of the direction being given.
The text of a direction under subsection (1) is to be included in the annual report submitted by the accountable authority of the Authority under the Financial Management Act 2006 Part 5.
