33 Borrowing
(1)
The Authority may, with the prior approval of the Treasurer —
(a)
borrow or re‑borrow money;
(b)
obtain credit; or
(c)
otherwise arrange for financial accommodation to be extended to the Authority.
(2)
The Authority is to keep any register that the regulations require for the purposes of this section.
